IX 1997 Sierras

Backcountry skiing out of Rock Creek and Little Lakes Valley in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. This was the smallest Tiger Team trip, but one of the most spectacular. We struggled with the down hills, but skiing up the valley and over a series of lakes was glorious. Our base camp was a yurt . This was our first trip led by S.P. Parker of Sierra Mountain Center.
