XVI 2004: Mexico Canyoneering
Canyoneering in the Cola de Caballo Mountains outside Monterrey, Mexico. One of the most challenging trips, which had us rappelling down waterfalls until after midnight. Part of the group mutinied because of the poor equipment brought by the guides. Rides in the back of a truck in the rain were made comfortable by an ample supply of tequila. Our final night was a goat dinner at the famous El Rey del Cabrito in Monterey.
